The MRT (Meet-Rivermaya Tour) for 2008 has started, kicking-off at PLM last June 18 alongside their foundation day celebration. A special project of rivermaya's band members themselves, in celebration of the bands' 15th year of existence, the tour is basically an informal music workshop & open forum for students who are interested in music or being a musician. The special 'sessions' are open to all levels of interest. Usapang musika, pagbabanda o kung ano man. Usapang hindi gaanong nangyayari sa mga gigs at concerts. Siyempre may konting piktyuran, kulitan at tugtugan parin, pero sa classroom niyo naman! Tayo-tayo lang. Bottomline is - We'd like to meet YOU!!! :)

Because let's admit it, his talent and most especially his voice, it's really outstanding. Jayson's voice is great, truly. But he lack the confidence and the experience. But with Rivermaya as a four-man-vocals, it really sucks in my opinion. You're a band guys, not a BOYband. You're not 98 Degrees nor are you Westlife. Rico's voice was heavenly, so why don't you let another angel, namely Jayson, take on the role of singing, alone. Revert back to having a single vocalist. THAT"S JUST MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION THO'!
